Subject to these Terms of Service (this "Agreement"), BetaFlow Ltd.("BetaFlow", "we", "us", and/or "our") provides access to BetaFlow's Services. "Services" means, collectively, any products, tools, or services made available by BetaFlow, including without limitation the BetaFlow CMS, editor, publishing tools, public profiles, and developer APIs.
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind such entity. If not, you must not use the Services.
IMPORTANT: THESE TERMS GOVERN YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES AND AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
1. Age and Eligibility
You represent and warrant that you are at least sixteen (16) years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
You agree to provide accurate account information and maintain its accuracy.
You are responsible for all activities under your account and must keep credentials secure.
2. The Services
BetaFlow provides a cloud-based CMS, publishing tools, and APIs.
We may modify or discontinue the Services at any time with reasonable notice.
3. License
Subject to compliance, BetaFlow grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of your content.
You grant BetaFlow a worldwide, royalty-free license to use your content solely to provide the Services.
We may remove content that violates this Agreement.
5. Plans
Free: Perfect for getting started.
Hobby: For growing teams.(Paid)
Pro: For established businesses.(Paid)
6. Fees and Payment
Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Acceptable Use
- Do not publish unlawful or harmful content
- Do not infringe intellectual property
- Do not send spam or phishing
- Do not attempt unauthorized access
- Do not upload malicious code
8. Developer API
API usage must comply with rate limits and security requirements.
9. Public Profiles
Public content may be visible to anyone and indexed by search engines.
10. Intellectual Property
BetaFlow retains all rights to the Services and related intellectual property.
11. Data Protection & Privacy
We comply with applicable data protection laws including Rwanda’s RPDP Law.
12. Disclaimers
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
13. Limitation of Liability
BetaFlow is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify BetaFlow against claims arising from your use of the Services.
15. Term & Termination
You may terminate your account at any time.
BetaFlow may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or with notice.
16. Modifications
We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
17. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Rwanda. Disputes are subject to Kigali courts.
